Amie Rowe, Ph.D.
Amie is most passionate about providing support and guidance to leaders, teams, and organizations facing significant challenge or change. She uses her skills to bring a fresh perspective and provide guidance and coaching to critical leaders to improve performance and enhance organizational success.
Her expertise is based on her tenure as a business executive, leadership consultant, executive coach and board member. Trained as an Industrial/Organizational psychologist, Amie conveys business insight and professional psychological expertise to her clientele. Her knowledge draws from experience both as an external management consultant and as an internal senior leader.
Amie leads efforts to assist organizations in the selection, development and coaching of their critical leaders. She has done extensive assessment work for C-suite executive selection in a multitude of companies. As a part of best practice, Amie also supports onboarding and executive coaching to provide the best opportunities for smooth and efficient transitions of these senior leaders.
Her work spans multiple industries with particular focus in healthcare, energy and utilities, consumer products, financial, and private equity. Clients have included the Henry Ford Health System, ProMedica, Bronson Healthcare, Omaha Public Power District, Southern Company, Duke Energy, DTE Energy, Deloitte, Molson Coors, Walmart, Thyssenkrupp, General Motors, Abbott Laboratories, and Gryphon Investors.
Amie received her B.A. in Business and Psychology from Concordia University and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Psychology from Texas A&M University. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and the Society of Consulting Psychology.
