Ann Wheeler, Ph.D.
Ann is a Consulting Psychologist who has spent the past 20 years working with a broad range of executives and senior managers across industries. Her work focuses on assessment for executive selection and/or development, as well as executive coaching, succession planning, executive integration, senior team development, and implementation of organizational change. Coaching assignments have ranged from short-term, with emphasis upon specific skill acquisition, to long-term trusted advisor process consultation. She has worked extensively with energy companies, public utilities and power generators, particularly nuclear and fossil generation facilities and their corporate owners. She has also worked with major manufacturing clients, including DOD contractors, aerospace manufacturers, and other highly regulated industrial companies, as well as highly specialized chemical manufacturers, major retailers, and other national and multi-national organizations.
Ann received her Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude) in Psychology from Texas Woman’s University, followed by her Master’s and Ph.D. from the University of North Texas in Counseling Psychology. Her clinical training was completed at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston and she has been licensed in the State of Texas since 1994. She is a fellow with the Institute of Coaching, McLean/Harvard Medical School.
