Claire Doberstein

Senior Manager, Business Operations

Claire joined STS in 2015 and currently serves as the Senior Manager of Business Operations. Claire is passionate about all things process improvement. She is responsible for building and improving upon processes and creating streamlined and effective business procedures. She is dedicated to listening to the needs of clients and employees alike to craft new and improved tools and templates. Claire is also responsible for the project management of large-scale STS initiatives. She draws on her passion for efficient processes to successfully manage and deliver projects end to end.

Prior to joining STS, Claire worked in the vocational center at AMITA Health, helping clients with vocational services including resume drafting, job searching, and role-playing through mock interviews. She also worked as a program facilitator at Girl Scouts of Western Illinois & Iowa, where she was responsible for implementing group facilitated trainings to teach and reinforce the ideals of the organization.

Claire has a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst College and a B.A. in Psychology from Augustana College.
