Nancy Cohen
Senior Consultant
Nancy Cohen partners with leaders across organizational levels to strengthen leadership effectiveness, build confidence, and drive meaningful performance outcomes. She helps leaders grow into expanded responsibility and new territory with clarity and confidence. Clients and colleagues often point to her ability to build trust quickly and create space for honest, productive conversations.
Her consulting work spans individual, cohort, and team coaching, as well as selection and developmental assessment, 360 feedback, leadership development programming, competency modeling, and talent reviews. She has worked with leaders across industries including utilities, finance, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, arts, and nonprofits.
An ICF-certified coach trained through the Hudson Institute, and a certified practitioner in Hogan and LEA360 assessments, she brings a structured, assessment-informed approach to leadership development. She is known for combining empathy with clear, candid feedback, grounded in the belief that meaningful growth happens when leaders are both supported and appropriately challenged.
Prior to joining STS, she held roles in arts and nonprofit organizations, where she learned the value of building a strong team and the importance — and challenge — of aligning people around a shared direction.
