Nancy Cohen

Since joining STS in 2021, Nancy Cohen has partnered with leaders across organizational levels to drive meaningful results. She values forming trusting relationships with clients and partnering to find the most relevant, tailored solutions to their complex business challenges. 

Nancy’s expertise spans an array of services including individual coaching, selection and development assessments, cohort coaching, team coaching, and talent reviews. During her tenure at STS, she has worked with leaders in a variety of industries, including utilities, finance, retail, arts, and nonprofits.

As an ICF-certified and Hudson-Institute trained coach, she partners with coaching clients to unlock powerful learning and insight that advances their leadership. Her approach is to balance empathy and warmth with challenge and advocacy to support leaders in elevating their impact. 

Prior to joining STS, she held roles in various arts and nonprofit organizations wherein she was able to see firsthand the value that a consultant/coach can bring to leaders striving to unlock the potential in their teams and organizations. 

Nancy received her M.Ed. in Leadership and Organizational Performance at Vanderbilt University. She received her B.A. in International Relations at American University.
